I painted these paintings of birds because I have been studying then all my life and want to capture the original and odd (spare and strange) qualities typical to each variety...their habits, movements, the things they like to eat, the plants growing in their particular landscapes.

I would like to make a book of these birds some day that would include notes on their quirks and oddities that I've observed over the years.

I sell 11" x 15" reproductions of thes paintings for  $10 each. I charge a $5 shipping fee.
