ABOUT MY PAINTINGS, REPRODUCTIONS  AND  NOTECARDS 

PAINTINGS:   ALL GOUACHE PAINTINGS ARE DONE ON HEAVY WATERCOLOR PAPER.  GUUACHE MEDIUM IS AN OPAQUE WATERCOLOR THAT HAS PERMANENT, RICH COLOR.  iT IS FREQUENTLY USED TO PAINT SCENERY BACKDROPS IN THEATRE PRODUCTIONS.   IT IS POSSIBLEE TO PAINT TWO DIFFIEREN WAYS WITH GOUACHE.  iT CAN BE PAINTED THINLY, WITH MUCH WATER CONTENT, OR HEAVILY, CAUSING THE PAINT SURFACE TO BE HARD AND SHINY.

Some paintings are also done in mixed media, which may include found objects, tin foil, candy wrappers, wrapping paper, magazine and newspaper clippings, goauche and acrylic paints, fabric paint, and polymer varnish.

Most paintings by Ruth Morgan are available as reproductions or notecards. The notecards are images from paintings that have been duplicated by a high quality laser xerox to make a slightly less than 5"x 7" print and mounted onto stock to make a  5"X7" card. It includes an envelope. 

Paintings that have  been sold are marked as such.  If they are available, taxes are included in the price.

Notecards are 3 Dollars each, or 4 for $10. Shipping is $5, but negotiable for larger orders

Prints  are 11"x15" or 11"x17"   The cost of a print is $10. Shipping is $5.
